- Please ensure that you carry a valid Photo ID with you as it will be required to be presented at the Entrance.
- The entry ticket will not be valid for public holidays in UAE.
- All animal-related activities are subject to availability and will be conducted based on the health and physical condition of the animals.
- Kindly check the schedule before your visit as activities and shows are scheduled at specific timings.
- For the Zoo zip and climb, participants must be above 140 cm in height, while the junior climb is suitable for children with a height of 110 cm to 135 cm.
- The driving adventure is only allowed for guests aged between 6 years and 12 years old.
- Please refrain from wearing high heels, flip flops, or open-toe shoes during the activities. Additionally, it is necessary to tie up and tuck in long hair while driving.
- Visitors must comply with all rules and regulations of Emirates Park Zoo during their visit, and the booking policy will be enforced.
