Please ensure that you carry a valid Photo ID with you as it will be required to be presented at the Entrance.
The entry ticket will not be valid for public holidays in UAE
All animal-related activities are subject to availability and will be conducted based on the health and physical condition of the animals.
Kindly check the schedule before your visit as activities and shows are scheduled at specific timings.
For the Zoo zip and climb, participants must be above 140 cm in height, while the junior climb is suitable for children with a height of 110 cm to 135 cm.
The driving adventure is only allowed for guests aged between 6 years and 12 years old.
Please refrain from wearing high heels, flip flops, or open-toe shoes during the activities. Additionally, it is necessary to tie up and tuck in long hair while driving.
Visitors must comply with all rules and regulations of Emirates Park Zoo during their visit, and the booking policy will be enforced.
